We strive to continually ensure your satisfaction by proactively maintaining your document management systems.
Features of the Service Guarantee Program
Total Care Maintenance Program
360DTI covers every aspect of your hardware investment, including all mechanical and electrical parts, as well as labor expenses.
A 360DTI Systems Engineer dedicates up to 3-hours of support time for each connected 360DTI system during system installation.
Preventive Maintenance Program
360DTI has the software and systems in place to replace consumable parts at or before their expected yields, before problems occur. In addition, manufacturer-certified technicians do a complete inspection of system hardware on each visit.
If your 360DTI acquired equipment does not perform to the manufacturers’ standards or requires further evaluation at the 360DTI Service Facility, loaner equipment will be provided at no additional charge.
If 360DTI cannot repair your acquired systems in good working order, equipment will be replaced with comparable systems for up to 5 years from installation (3 years for rebuilt systems).
Upgrade and Enhancement Program
As part of our commitment to continuous innovation and the latest technology, 360DTI allows our customers to upgrade to a similar or higher capacity system upon satisfactorily completing one-half the term of their agreement.

360DTI provides competitively-priced and timely technical and networking support, upon request.

The following extensive training is conducted upon installation of 360DTI systems:
